Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (KGSAAS)

Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, known as KGSAAS, is a 27-hole golf club in Shah Alam designed by five-time Open champion Peter Thomson and opened in 1994. Its three nines are named the Alam Shah's Nine, the President's Nine and the Sultan's Nine, and they combine into par-72 rounds.

The Alam Shah's Nine measures about 3,494 metres from the championship tees, par 36, and the other nines are similarly substantial. Thomson's parkland design uses Bermuda grass fairways and greens, and four tee options (championship, blue, white and red) make the layouts enjoyable for every level of golfer.

Facilities include a driving range, a putting green, a golf simulator and practice areas, along with a bar, clubhouse and locker rooms. There's also tennis, squash, a fitness centre and billiards. Golf carts and caddies are available, metal spikes are permitted and fivesomes are allowed.

KGSAAS is one of Selangor's most popular golf clubs, well placed in Shah Alam for golfers from Klang, Subang and Kuala Lumpur, and a favourite venue for tournaments and corporate golf days.
