9 Aces Golf Greens & Academy, opened in 2016 and designed by Cdr Chandoke and Capt Shekhon of Golfkraft Design India, is a boutique 9-hole, par-34 course set in the Western Ghats near Chowk, about a 2-hour drive from Mumbai. Known for its island green, seven water-in-play holes, and named holes across undulating hilly terrain, it's a favorite short golf getaway from Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The on-site academy offers coaching for all levels, along with a driving range, putting greens, and a cozy '19th' hut for food after a round.
