Riverside Golf Club

Riverside Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 semi-private course in Cimanggis, on the Depok-Bogor border, designed by Greg Norman and opened in 1994. The layout measures 6,845 yards from the back tees, with a course rating of 74.0 and a slope of 143, making it one of the more demanding tests in the greater Jakarta area and a favorite among low handicappers looking for a real challenge.

Norman's signature aggressive bunkering and strategic water hazards are on full display here, rewarding golfers who can shape shots and commit to their lines off the tee. Green fees include golf carts and caddies, keeping the pace of play efficient even on a challenging layout, a helpful feature given how demanding several of the closing holes can be.

A driving range, teaching professional, pitching and chipping area and putting green support players working on their game before heading out. The club also offers sauna and tennis facilities, and fivesomes are permitted for larger groups, making it a flexible venue for bigger outings.

A Greg Norman design with this kind of slope rating is worth seeking out.
