About Jagorawi Golf & Country Club - New Course
Jagorawi Golf & Country Club is a 45-hole championship complex on the Jakarta-Bogor toll road, and its New Course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by Peter Thomson and Michael Wolveridge, opened in 1991. It measures 6,322 meters from the back tees, with a course rating of 74.5 and a slope of 140, ranking it among the more technically demanding courses in the immediate Jakarta area.
Alongside the New Course, the club also operates the Old Course, opened in 1979, and a nine-hole Z-Nine layout, giving members and visitors 45 holes of golf to rotate through in a single membership. The New Course itself is known for demanding accurate approach shots into well-guarded, contoured greens, a hallmark of the Thomson and Wolveridge design partnership seen across several other Indonesian courses.
The club runs the CIMB Niaga Golf Academy on site, alongside a driving range, practice bunker and putting green for players working on their game. Beyond golf, the resort/private facility offers on-site lodging, a restaurant, spa and sauna, making it possible to turn a round into a full weekend stay without ever leaving the property.
A 45-hole club like Jagorawi rewards golfers who want variety without leaving one venue. With CoGolfers, golfers from Jakarta and Depok can connect with golfers near you, host golf games, or join golf games arranged on the New Course or elsewhere at the club. Find golf partners for a weekend of golf, build golf groups around this large complex, and enjoy social golf and golf networking whenever you want to play golf with other golfers near Depok. With three separate layouts to explore, it's an easy club to keep returning to with the same group of golf buddies.
