Black Valley Country Club

Black Valley Country Club's Black/Valley Course, opened in 2008, offers a full eighteen holes in Samcheok-si with a parkland and woodland design incorporating varied terrain across both nines. Tee options range from 5,035 meters at the red markers to 6,335 meters from the black tees, giving groups with mixed abilities a course they can play together.

The varied terrain across the front and back nines gives Black Valley genuine strategic interest, distinguishing it from flatter parkland courses found elsewhere in the province. Samcheok-si's coastal location on Gangwon's eastern shore adds to the appeal of a golf trip through this part of the province.

For CoGolfers members in Samcheok-si, Black Valley Country Club is a strong venue for hosting golf games with real terrain variety. It's also a good place to find golf partners along Gangwon's eastern coast, helping build connections in a county with fewer nearby golf options than the province's busier corridors.
