About YongPyong Resort
YongPyong Resort is a 45-hole golf destination in Daegwallyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, combining the full eighteen-hole Yongpyong Golf Course, a nine-hole Yongpyong course, and the full eighteen-hole Birch Hill Golf Club — designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Ron Fream respectively — all on the same resort property. The main Yongpyong Golf Course plays to 6,218 yards from the championship tees, with Kentucky bluegrass fairways and bentgrass greens across a parkland and woodland design, operating seasonally from March through mid-November.
As part of one of Korea's most recognizable ski and golf resorts, YongPyong gives visitors a genuine choice of three different rounds without leaving the property — a full eighteen on the championship Yongpyong layout, a quicker nine, or another full eighteen on the scenic Birch Hill course. That combination of scale and mountain scenery makes it one of Pyeongchang-gun's premier golf destinations.
For CoGolfers members visiting Pyeongchang-gun, YongPyong Resort is an outstanding venue for hosting golf games with real choice across three distinct courses. It's also a great place to find golf partners for a multi-day mountain resort golf trip, given the range of rounds available here.
