Johor Golf & Country Club

Johor Golf & Country Club on Jalan Larkin is one of the most established golf clubs in Johor Bahru. The 18-hole, par-72 course opened in 1975 and sits close to the city centre, which has made it a long-standing favourite with local members and visitors from across the Causeway.

From the blue tees the course measures about 6,964 yards, with a course rating of 73.1 and a slope of 123. Both fairways and greens are Bermuda grass, and multiple tee options for men and women allow golfers to choose a length that suits their game. Walking is permitted, and golf carts, pull carts and caddies are all available.

The club is well equipped for practice, with a driving range, a golf academy, dedicated practice areas and a putting green. The clubhouse includes a restaurant, bar, café and lounge, along with banquet facilities for events. Beyond golf, members can use the swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis and squash courts and billiards room. A collared shirt is part of the dress code.
