Sardar Club Ratanada

Sardar Club, whose clubhouse construction began in 1901 under H.H. Maharaja Sardar Singh ji, is one of Jodhpur's most historic institutions, built in a distinctive Indo-Colonial style near the Chami Polo Ground. Its 18-hole desert golf course is a genuine rarity — playing across browns instead of greens, testing golfers with sandy, arid terrain that demands a different kind of shot-making. Beyond golf, the heritage club offers tennis, squash, a swimming pool, billiards, and both indoor and open-air dining, having produced many national-level sportspeople over the decades. Access remains restricted to members and their guests, with a strict dress code in place.
