Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club

Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club is Sharjah's home of grass golf. Just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), its 9-hole, par-36 golf course was designed by Peter Harradine and is fully floodlit, so you can enjoy the challenge day or night.

The course is a wall-to-wall grass oasis. It measures about 3,600 yards from the black tees, 3,304 from the whites and 2,788 from the ladies' reds. Played twice, it becomes a par-72 layout of more than 7,300 yards, a proper championship-length round. Big water features, generous fairways, large and challenging bunkers and distinctive undulations keep every hole interesting, and several tee boxes make it comfortable for beginners and advanced players alike.

Practice facilities are strong. There's a fully grassed driving range, short-game practice areas and an academy with PGA-qualified instructors using TrackMan technology. Green fees are competitive, with flexible membership options including weekday and corporate packages. As the name suggests, the club also offers shooting and archery, so non-golfers have plenty to do too.

For golfers living in Sharjah or the northern parts of Dubai, the club saves a long drive to Dubai's southern courses, and floodlit golf makes after-work rounds easy.
