The Royal Gems Golf & Sports Club

The Royal Gems Golf & Sports Club on the Salaya–Bang Len Road blends Thai, American and Scottish design ideas into one 18-hole, par-72 golf course. The aim was simple: make every hole different, so no two shots feel the same over the course of a round.

You see that variety most clearly in the hazards. Alongside conventional sand, the layout uses grass bunkers and stepped bunkers, features more common on traditional Scottish links than on Thai parkland courses. From the black tees, the course stretches to about 7,190 yards, giving experienced golfers a genuine test. With several tees available, local players and visitors of every level can still enjoy the round.

The club is located in Salaya, Phutthamonthon, on Bangkok's western edge, making it an easy drive from the city. Facilities include a restaurant serving Thai and European food, a pro shop and rental clubs.
