About Killien Golf Club
Killien Golf Club, formerly NCR Country Club Golf & Marina, sits in a quiet rural corner of Nakhon Pathom, on the banks of the Nakhon Chai Si River in Bang Luang, Bang Len district. It's roughly 85 km from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, far enough from the city to feel peaceful, and the riverside setting gives the 18-hole, par-72 golf course a calm, countryside character.
The layout was designed by Ken Killian of Illinois, USA, an architect known for Kemper Lakes Golf Course, which has been ranked among the top 100 courses in the United States. At Killien he has created another demanding test. From the gold tees, the course stretches to around 7,080 yards, and it rewards golfers who can combine length with accuracy.
The course was redesigned and reopened in March 2022, with Paspalum fairways and re-routed holes. It's the kind of golf course that suits players looking for a genuine challenge rather than an easy score. Take time to understand the layout, choose your tee box wisely, and enjoy the scenery along the river.
After the round, the clubhouse restaurant serves Thai and European food, and there is a pro shop and rental clubs for visitors. The resort setting makes Killien a practical option for golfers who want to plan a longer golf trip in western Thailand.
Because Killien is a little further out, it's a great course to visit as a group. With CoGolfers, you can host golf games at Killien Golf Club and invite members of the CoGolfers community to share the drive and the round. You can also join golf games that other players have already organised, find golf partners who enjoy tougher layouts, and meet golfers from Bangkok and Nakhon Pathom. Join the community to connect with golfers, grow your golf network and turn a trip out to the Nakhon Chai Si River into a memorable golf day.
