About Seremban International Golf Club
Seremban International Golf Club, known locally as SIGC, was established in 1952 and is one of Negeri Sembilan's most established golf venues. The Seremban City Council describes the club as having been founded by British workers and notes that it has hosted amateur and international tournaments.
The 18-hole, par-72 course sits along the Seremban-Kuala Pilah road, around 7 km from the city centre, and measures 6,825 yards (6,303 metres) from the blue tees. It has a traditional layout, and GolfPass lists it with a slope of 135 from the back, making it one of the tougher tests in the state. The course is known for views over its lake, and golf is played year-round.
Practice facilities are well developed, with a driving range, bunker practice area, putting green, indoor practice facility and a teaching professional. Carts are available and walking is permitted, and a dress code applies for both men and women. The clubhouse offers banquet facilities, a sauna and a swimming pool.
For golfers in Seremban, SIGC is the obvious home course for competitive and social rounds alike.
