Thistle Port Dickson Golf Club

The golf course at Thistle Port Dickson is a nine-hole, par-35 layout at Teluk Kemang, part of the Thistle Port Dickson Resort on the coastal road south of Port Dickson town. It is open to public play as well as resort guests.

The nine contains three par 3s and a single par 5 alongside the par 4s. Fairways are bordered by trees and forest, giving narrow playing corridors that put a premium on accuracy. Water comes into play on holes 1, 5 and 8; the sixth, a par 5 and the hardest hole on the card, has out-of-bounds trouble down the left; and the eighth is a picturesque shot over water to a green with a coconut tree growing in the middle of it.

Facilities are simple: the course is run from a basic counter, and buggies can be rented. With the resort next door, golfers can easily combine a round with a stay by the beach.
