About Kelab Golf Negara Subang
Kelab Golf Negara Subang (KGNS), the National Golf Club Subang, is one of Malaysia's established private golf clubs. Opened in 1971 in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, it offers 36 holes across two courses, Kelana and Putra.
The Kelana Course plays to par 70 and measures about 5,732 metres from the blue tees, with a course rating of 70.0 and a slope of 126. It's a compact, walkable parkland layout where accuracy and a good short game matter more than power. Bermuda grass fairways and greens provide consistent playing conditions year-round.
KGNS is a full country club. There's a driving range, practice bunker, golf academy, teaching professionals, and chipping and putting greens. Members also enjoy swimming, billiards, a fitness centre, tennis, table tennis and squash, along with restaurants. Golf carts, pull carts, caddies and club rental are available, walking is allowed, and collared shirts are required.
Its location in Kelana Jaya, close to Subang and Petaling Jaya, makes KGNS one of the most convenient golf clubs in the Klang Valley.
With 36 holes, it's a natural home for regular member games. With CoGolfers, members can host golf games at KGNS and invite guests from the CoGolfers community, while other golfers can join the community to find golf partners, meet golfers in Petaling Jaya and Subang and connect with golfers near you. Join CoGolfers to build your golf network and enjoy classic Klang Valley golf with new golf buddies.
