About Kelab Golf Tasik Impian
Kelab Golf Tasik Impian is a nine-hole, par-36 course near Mostyn in the Kunak district of Sabah's east coast, set within the grounds of large oil palm plantation estates. The course takes its name from Tasik Impian, or Dream Lake, a lake within a former volcanic crater that the course overlooks.
The course measures about 3,000 yards and offers a quiet, relaxed round well away from urban traffic. The lake setting has also made the site a popular spot for photography and nature walks. Visitors should note that there are crocodile warnings posted near the lake, so it pays to follow local guidance on the course.
Listed facilities include a driving range, putting green, caddies and buggies, a pro shop, a restaurant and changing facilities. Green fees are modest, starting from around MYR 50 according to booking listings. The course is best reached from Lahad Datu, Semporna or Tawau, and makes a pleasant stop for golfers exploring Sabah's east coast.
Small plantation courses thrive on community.
