Awana Kijal Golf, Beach & Spa Resort

Awana Kijal Golf, Beach & Spa Resort is an 18-hole, par-71 resort course on the coast at Kijal, along the Kemaman-Dungun road in southern Terengganu. Opened in 1995, the course is part of a beachfront resort, so it is as popular with holidaymakers as it is with local golfers. Some booking platforms now list it as F&I Kijal Golf.

The course plays to 6,520 yards from the back tees, and the par-71 layout gives it a slightly different rhythm from most courses in the region. The course is open year-round for golf, and staying at the resort means you can combine early tee times with afternoons on the beach along this stretch of the Terengganu coast.

Facilities are what you would expect from a full resort. There is a driving range, a practice bunker, a chipping area and a putting green, with teaching professionals on staff.
