Yashiro Country Club

Yashiro Country Club has played in the Makino district of Kato city since 1993, offering tee options from 5,189 to 6,435 yards. Kato hosts one of the highest concentrations of golf clubs anywhere in Hyogo prefecture, and Yashiro Country Club's name references the broader Yashiro area of the city, shared with the separately located Yashirotojo Golf Club nearby, giving this part of Kato a genuine sub-cluster of similarly named facilities. Its early-1990s opening places it among the later additions to Kato's already crowded golf landscape, arriving with the more contemporary conditioning standards typical of courses built toward the end of Japan's national golf construction boom. The moderate overall yardage range makes the course approachable for a broad mix of playing abilities within the same group. Kato's sheer density of golf facilities makes it possible to play several distinctly different courses within a short drive of one another, and the Yashiro sub-district specifically offers at least two genuinely separate club options. Golfers exploring Kato's Yashiro-area golf cluster through CoGolfers can add Yashiro Country Club to that tour, taking care to distinguish it from its similarly named neighbor nearby.
