About Black Rocks Hotel & Golf Club
Black Rocks Hotel & Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 resort course on Belitung island, designed by Ron Fream and opened in 2019, making it one of the newest and most notable golf developments in the Bangka Belitung Islands. The layout measures 7,255 meters from the black tees, one of the longer courses in Indonesia and a genuine test for golfers who enjoy length off the tee.
Belitung is known for its dramatic granite boulder beaches, and the course's Tanjung Tinggi location places it close to some of the island's most photographed coastline. Black, blue, white and red tee options accommodate a wide range of playing abilities, and several holes offer glimpses of the granite formations the island is famous for.
Golf carts and caddies are available, along with a driving range and a pitching and chipping area for practice. A restaurant and spa round out the resort's amenities, and fivesomes are permitted for larger groups, making it a flexible venue for a bigger island golf trip.
A modern resort course on Belitung's famous coastline is a real discovery for golfers. With CoGolfers, golfers visiting Belitung can connect with golfers near you, host golf games, or join golf games other CoGolfers members have arranged. Find golf partners for a round near the island's granite beaches, build golf groups around this resort, and enjoy social golf and golf networking whenever you want to play golf with other golfers on Belitung. Its combination of championship length and beach scenery makes it a genuine bucket-list stop for CoGolfers members exploring Indonesia's outer islands.
