About Bali National Golf Club
Bali National Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-71 resort course in the Nusa Dua tourism complex, shaped by Nelson & Haworth with later work from Gus Grantham, Rodney Wright and Mark Miller, and opened in 1988. The layout measures 6,947 yards from the back tees, with a course rating of 74.2 and a slope of 144, a genuinely tough test hidden behind a relaxed resort setting.
One of the course's signature holes, the 17th, is designed as a replica of the famous island green at TPC Sawgrass, giving golfers a taste of tournament golf drama within a resort setting. Two par-3 holes on the back nine add variety to the closing stretch, and the surrounding manicured resort grounds give the whole round a polished, well-maintained feel.
The club runs a Leadbetter Golf Academy for lessons, alongside a driving range and club rentals. Golf carts and caddies are included, making for a smooth pace of play through Nusa Dua's resort corridor, and the academy draws golfers from across the island looking for professional coaching.
A resort course with a Sawgrass-style island green is a bucket-list hole for many golfers. With CoGolfers, visitors and locals in Nusa Dua can connect with golfers near you, host golf games, or join golf games other CoGolfers members have arranged. Find golf partners for a round with a famous finishing hole, build golf groups around this course, and enjoy social golf and golf networking whenever you want to play golf with other golfers in Bali. Its signature 17th hole alone makes it a course worth featuring on any CoGolfers Bali itinerary.
