Delhi Golf Community

Delhi has one of India's oldest golfing traditions, anchored by heritage clubs like [Delhi Golf Club (The Lodhi)](https://cogolfers.com/golf-course/india/delhi/delhi-golf-club-the-lodhi), and the Delhi Golf Community on CoGolfers brings that tradition into the present — a space built for anyone in the capital who wants to play more golf, not just talk about it. Whether you're new to the city, new to the game, or a long-time member looking for fresh faces on the tee, this community exists to make finding a game easier. Being part of this community means more than browsing a list of names. You can create or join open games across Delhi's courses, request tee times with members who share your handicap or pace of play, and get notified when local tournaments open for registration. Over time, members build a regular rotation of playing partners — the kind of golfing friendships that usually take years to form on your own. The value for Delhi golfers specifically is proximity and consistency. With courses scattered across the NCR, finding four compatible players for a weekend round can be harder than it sounds. This community solves that by keeping an active, searchable pool of golfers in and around the capital, so you're never short a partner for a Saturday morning round. A few things to keep in mind: be upfront about your handicap and availability when joining games, confirm tee times promptly so courses and other players aren't left waiting, and keep conversations golf-focused and respectful. What you shouldn't do is use the community purely to promote personal coaching or sales — it's meant for golfers connecting with golfers. If you live, work, or play in Delhi, joining this community is the fastest way to turn solo rounds into a standing game with people who show up.
