Ranjitgarh Golf Club, established in 1982 within the historic Maharaja Ranjit Singh Fort at the Punjab Police Academy in Phillaur, began as a 9-hole course before expanding into an 18-hole, par-71 championship layout stretching close to 6,000 yards. Redesigned by the late Col K.D. Bagga, the course features fast greens, modern irrigation, and hazards crisscrossing the back nine, all set within 95 scenic acres near the Shivalik foothills. The colonial-era clubhouse offers a lounge, dining room, open terrace, pool table, and bar, making it a popular weekend spot for golfers from Ludhiana and Jalandhar alike.
