Inaugurated in 1938 and later redesigned by Peter Thomson, the 6,479-yard layout is affiliated with over 10 clubs across India and Malaysia. Tight front-nine fairways, two large water hazards, and dense stands of neem, banyan, and tamarind trees make for a genuinely testing round, while the open back nine offers relief.
